''Policy framework for ATI on the global stage: Paradigm shifts and reforms.'' It is on this theme that the President of the African Parliament of the company spoke to the participants at the 14th ICIC in Manila, Philippines
Panelist at the 14th edition of the ICIC Conference #ICIC2023 on access to information held in Manila, Philippines last June, Mr Dro Kessé Jean Claude President of the African Parliament of Civil Society said this :
“We need to understand that Access to Information (ATI) is difficult to implement in some contexts/jurisdictions.”
He shared with participants from many countries around the world; challenges related to respect for democratic rights such as the ATI in African countries under military rule.
