The President of the African Parliament of Civil Society was this Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in Lomé, Togo where he was a special guest of the National Assembly. Mr. Jean Claude D. Kessé took part in this small West African country in the 6th legislature of the Fourth Republic. 90 deputies out of 91 were present. Note that it was on December 20 that the constitutional court proclaimed the final result of the last legislative election in this country. The African Parliament of civil society which has always supported in the past the efforts of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in its desire to establish social cohesion in Togo had to be here.
